Cathy is an Ordained Minister of Healing, a Hypnotherapist, Spiritual Counselor, Author, Teacher and Facilitator. Cathy's focus is to help her clients discover their own internal resources, enhance their spiritual connections and live more conscious and intentional lives.

 

Cathy has provided healing services in the Alternative Health and Wellness field for many years. She was employed as a Senior Staff Hypnotherpist at The Banyan Hypnosis Center for Training and Services in Mounds View, MN for years before  starting her own business. She is a 1979 graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, MN with majors in Social Work and Psychology. Cathy has also worked in the areas of Social Service Outreach, Victims Advocacy  and Infomation and Referral Networking.

 

Through The Center For Conscious Living, Cathy offers  Private Healing, Hypnotherapy and Spiritual Counseling Sessions for those wishing to release limiting beliefs and create positive change in their lives. In addition to her one-on-one sessions, Cathy  teaches clases, leads seminars and is available for public speaking engagments in the areas of Spirituality and Personal Development.
